SECTION 14 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We stand behind our products and offer a transparent return process:

• Eligibility: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

• Window: Requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

• Process: Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item in its original condition (with tags).

• Return Method: All returns are handled via mail.

• Fees: We provide a Free Return Label. There are No Restocking Fees.

• Note: Do not send items to the address on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

SECTION 15 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.

• Fees: * Cancellations within 2 hours: Free of charge.

  • Cancellations between 2 and 12 hours: Subject to a 5% processing fee.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Orders already in the processing stage cannot be modified.
