  • Operating Hours: Our team works Monday through Friday (EST). Please note that we are closed on major U.S. postal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will be queued for processing on the next available business day.

  • Our Carriers: We partner with reliable services including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal providers to ensure efficient delivery. Carrier selection is determined based on your specific location and logistics efficiency.

  • Note: These timeframes are estimates. While we aim for punctuality, Triluxcapital is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or seasonal peak volumes.


3. Order Tracking

Stay informed about your package’s journey:

  1. Confirmation: You will receive an automated email immediately after placing your order.

  2. Shipping Notice: Once processed (1–2 business days), we will email you a tracking number.

  3. Carrier Sync: Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system. If no information is visible yet, it simply means the package is in the initial stages of transit and awaiting its first scan.


4. Shipping Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check your information:

  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Triluxcapital cannot be held liable for lost packages or delivery failures due to incorrect input.

  • Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable” or due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping.

  • Package Redirection: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage if you request a package to be forwarded or redirected through the carrier after it has left our facility.


5. Special Orders & Limitations
  • Custom Items: Made-to-order or customized products may require extra processing time. Our support team will notify you if your order requires an extended timeframe.

  • Shipping Exclusions: We currently DO NOT ship to:

    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

    • APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

    • International destinations outside the Continental United States.
